Tiny Homes SA started with a simple question: how can we build better, faster and smarter? From that challenge grew a team who believe dignified housing shouldn’t demand decades of debt. We refine every bolt and bracket until compact spaces feel generous, resilient and genuinely affordable.
We supply high-end prefab tiny homes from our base in Raslouw, Centurion, X-Folds, expandable homes, nature cabins, apple cabins and glamping capsules, plus outdoor kitchens and safari tents, delivered anywhere in South Africa.
Conventional building takes too long, costs too much and leaves too much to chance. Our answer is precision factory building: steel-framed, insulated homes finished indoors, trucked to your site and standing in anything from minutes to a few days. From deposit to move-in takes around 90 days, and every home we build comes with a 1-year limited guarantee on all our products.

We talk through your site, your budget and what the home needs to do: garden office, guest suite, lodge accommodation or full-time living.
Design
Pick your model and layout, then configure finishes and modules: flooring, insulation, wet room and kitchen, to suit how you'll live in it.
Quote
You receive an itemised quote, priced ex VAT, with delivery estimated for your exact location.
Build
Your home is built under factory conditions in steel and insulated panelling: precise, weather-independent and quality-checked before it ships.
Deliver & install
We truck the finished home anywhere in South Africa and set it up on site, from minutes for an X-Fold to professional assembly for cabins and capsules.

From Centurion to every corner of the country
Every home leaves our base in Raslouw, Centurion, Gauteng on a flatbed truck. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and site accessibility. We deliver nationwide. We can also arrange the full turnkey install, so all you do is unlock the front door.

Delivery, quoted for your site
Coast, bushveld or mountains: if a truck and crane can reach it, we can put a home on it. Your delivery cost is confirmed with your formal quote, based on distance and site accessibility.
Full turnkey installation
We can arrange the groundwork while your home is being built: plinths, electrical, water and sewerage connections, then erect the home, connect services and hand over the same day, move-in ready. Use your own contractors, or let our site manager guide the process on ours.
Finance & lay-bye available
Finance & lay-bye options available, subject to credit approval. You’ll need a valid SA ID or passport, your latest three months’ bank statements or proof of income and a good credit record; a deposit may be required depending on the unit.
