Tiny Homes SA started with one question: could housing be done better and faster than the usual way? We believe a dignified home shouldn’t cost decades of debt. Every unit we put our name to is held to one standard: it’s small but feels generous inside, it’s resilient, and it’s genuinely affordable.
From our base in Raslouw, Centurion, we supply high-end prefab tiny homes (X-Folds, expandable homes, nature cabins, apple cabins and glamping capsules) plus outdoor kitchens, and we deliver anywhere in South Africa. Customers call them tiny houses, granny pods or prefab cabins. Whatever you call them, they’re built to the same standard.
Building the conventional way takes too long, costs too much and leaves too much to chance. Our answer is precision factory building: steel-framed, insulated homes finished indoors, trucked to your site and set up fast: an X-Fold unfolds in minutes, an expandable home is set up the day it arrives, and cabins and capsules arrive fully built. Deposit to move-in takes around 90 days, and every home we supply comes with a 1-year limited guarantee on all our products.
There are five home designs, from the R 54 900 X-Fold to the R 1 099 900 flagship 11.5 m glamping capsule, and every price we publish is ex VAT. We also supply outdoor entertainment kitchens. Finance available through a third-party provider, subject to credit approval.

We talk through your site, your budget and what the home needs to do: garden office, guest suite, lodge accommodation or full-time living.
Design
Pick your model and layout, then configure finishes and modules: flooring, insulation, wet room and kitchen, to suit how you'll live in it.
Quote
You receive an itemised quote, priced ex VAT, with delivery estimated for your exact location.
Build
Your home is built precisely, under factory conditions and out of the weather, in steel and insulated panelling, and it's quality-checked before it ships.
Deliver & install
We truck the finished home anywhere in South Africa and set it up on site, from minutes for an X-Fold to placing a fully built cabin or capsule onto its foundation.
Delivery & installation
To every corner of the country
Your home arrives on a flatbed truck, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and site accessibility. We deliver nationwide. We can also arrange the full turnkey install, so all you do is unlock the front door.

Based in Gauteng, at the centre of the national road network, well placed to reach any province.
Delivery, quoted for your site
Coast, bushveld or mountains: if a truck and crane can reach it, we can put a home on it. Your delivery cost is confirmed with your formal quote, based on distance and site accessibility.
Full turnkey installation
We can arrange the groundwork while your home is being built: plinths, electrical, water and sewerage connections, then erect the home, connect services and hand over the same day, move-in ready. Use your own contractors, or let our site manager guide the process on ours.
Finance available
Finance available through a third-party provider, subject to credit approval. You’ll need a valid SA ID or passport, your latest three months’ bank statements or proof of income and a good credit record; a deposit may be required depending on the unit.
